At Skyline's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Florida law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of general jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Modifications
